Today, we have a cheerleader to watch...Elisabeth is just too cute out there on the field!
Today, we have a football player to cheer on...Nick has a double-header and loves playing football.
Today, we sign the papers for our new house (brand new, never-been-lived-in house!)...which is huge and pretty and perfect!
Today, we discuss a new possibility...that could really help in a lot of ways. Finances, scheduling, stress...would all be non-issues if this works out.
Today is the start of some great things for our family! I can't wait to get in, get settled, and be out of the funk we've been in for so long. My house will be a home. It will be organized and pretty (we've been in cramped quarters lately). We will be in a nice neighborhood, with friends nearby. The dog will have a great dog park to visit. The kids will be closer to their schools, and I'll be closer to my job. Jerry will have an office so he can study, plan and pray...perfect for the youth pastor of a brand new church. The kids will have bedrooms with the right kind of space. We will have an allergen-free space...no old house mustiness or previous occupants' messes to mess with Nick's allergies. Our family is so blessed, and this is the icing on the cake!
Hopefully I can post some pictures soon! I may be AWOL for a bit while we move and get settled in.
